About

New York Asian Arts Center

The predecessor of the Asian Art Center was Two Worlds Arts, a company founded in the 1980s. Initially, the company primarily focused on the collection and trade of Asian antiques, later evolving into a business that offered antiques, artworks, and bespoke services for interior designers. To better serve antique enthusiasts with specialized services, the company spun off its antiques and artworks segment from Two Worlds Arts in 2019, establishing the Asian Art Center. In 2022, the center opened a 5,000-square-foot showroom at 307 Kingsland Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, and launched its website, https://www.nyasianarts.com

Frank Chau, the founder of the Asian Art Center, has been involved in the antique business since the 1980s. With his unique appraisal skills and business acumen, he has acquired a vast collection of Chinese porcelain and other artworks, of which only a small portion is displayed here.
Additionally, there are collections from other Asian antique dealers, collectors, and inheritors from places such as Canada, San Francisco, New York, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Collecting has existed since the dawn of culture. Here, the majority of buyers are private collectors who purchase and preserve artifacts out of their love and interest in ancient artworks.
